Matfen Estates has a portfolio of residential properties that are let on assured shorthold tenancy agreements for a minimum fixed term of 12 months. The varied properties in both village and rural settings range from one bedroom bungalows, through to 2 and 3 bedroom cottages, more substantial farmhouses, up to the 8 bed Estate House in Matfen village.
